Scent Rush Fragrances offers authentic fragrance samples and decants prepared from genuine products.

Brand owners and manufacturers are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored these independently prepared samples and decants unless expressly stated.

Payment

Payment for products purchased through our website must be made using approved payment methods available at checkout.

Shipping

We make every effort to ship orders promptly and accurately.

However, Scent Rush Fragrances LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

Unopened and unused full-size fragrance bottles may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval.

Samples, decants, testers, sale items, and opened fragrance products are not eligible for return.

Refunds are generally processed within 10 business days after receipt and inspection of an approved return.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scent Rush Fragrances LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
