Return & Refund Policy

At Scent Rush Fragrances, we strive to provide an exceptional shopping experience. If there is an issue with your order, we're here to help.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. For any return questions, please contact us at hello@scentrushfragrances.com.

Samples, Decants & Testers

All sample, decant, and tester sales are final.

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on samples, decants, testers, or any opened fragrance products.

Full Bottle Orders

Unopened and unused full-size fragrance bottles may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and unopened

  • In its original packaging

  • Include all original inserts and accessories

  • Have unopened cellophane wrapping where applicable

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving return authorization.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

A 20% restocking fee may be applied to returned items that are not defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

Items that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or returned without prior authorization are not eligible for a refund.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and packaging your return carefully to prevent damage during transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@scentrushfragrances.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Samples

  • Decants

  • Testers

  • Opened or used fragrance products

  • Sale items

  • Clearance items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the eligible item for a refund (if approved) and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to process after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Scent Rush Fragrances reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.
