What is a decant?
A decant is a portion of fragrance transferred from an authentic full-sized bottle into a smaller atomizer. Decants allow you to experience luxury fragrances without committing to the cost of a full bottle.
Are your decants authentic?
Yes. Every decant sold by Scent Rush comes from an authentic fragrance sourced through trusted distributors and suppliers.
Scent Rush is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by any fragrance manufacturer or brand owner. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
What sizes do you offer?
Most fragrances are available in 2mL, 5mL, 10mL, and select 20mL sizes.
How are decants prepared?
Each decant bottle is thoroughly washed, sanitized, hand-filled, and individually inspected before shipment.
Our decants are filled using professional procedures designed to maintain fragrance integrity, cleanliness, and presentation quality. Once completed, each bottle is labeled and securely packaged for safe delivery.
Why buy a decant instead of a full bottle?
Many luxury fragrances cost hundreds of dollars per bottle. Decants allow you to test a fragrance over several wears before investing in a full-size bottle.

Do you sell full retail bottles?
Yes. Scent Rush offers a growing selection of authentic retail bottles from niche and designer fragrance brands.
Are retail bottles authentic?
Absolutely. Every bottle sold by Scent Rush is sourced through trusted suppliers and distributors.
Are retail bottles new and sealed?
Unless specifically noted in the product listing, retail bottles are brand new and factory sealed.
Why purchase a retail bottle from Scent Rush?
Our decant program allows customers to sample fragrances before purchasing a full bottle, helping ensure you're buying a scent you'll truly enjoy.
Shipping
How quickly do orders ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
How long does delivery take?
Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days depending on location and carrier transit times.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Tracking information is automatically emailed once your order ships.
Where do you ship?
Currently, Scent Rush ships within the United States only.
What if my package is delayed?
Carrier delays occasionally occur and are outside of our control. We will gladly assist in locating packages and resolving shipping issues whenever possible.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a decant, sample, or tester?
No. Due to the nature of fragrance products, all decants, samples, testers, and discovery-sized products are final sale and cannot be returned.
Can I return a full retail bottle?
Unopened and unused retail bottles may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
Returned products must:
• Be unused
• Remain unopened
• Include all original packaging
• Be in resalable condition
Return authorization is required before sending any item back.
Who pays return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Are there items that cannot be returned?
Yes. The following items are non-returnable:

• Samples
• Testers
• Sale items
• Gift cards
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work quickly to resolve any issue involving damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
How long do refunds take?
Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5 business days.

How do you source your fragrances?
